Surveyor

Location: All of Scotland

We are looking for a skilled Surveyor to carry out accurate and comprehensive surveys of residential properties. You will ensure all measurements, specifications, and site assessments are suitable for manufacture and installation, fully compliant with contractual requirements, customer expectations, and relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
•Conduct detailed site surveys and prepare clear documentation, including drawings,specifications, and reports.
•Provide technical support to installation teams.
•Advise clients on practical solutions for any issues discovered during surveys.
•Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Building Regulations, Planning requirements, andcompany policies.
•Inspect installations in progress and on completion, reporting findings.
•Take ownership of projects from survey to installation completion and support continuousimprovement initiatives.

Skills & Experience:
•Proven experience surveying windows, doors, conservatories, and residential spaces.
•Strong knowledge of fenestration products and installation methods.
•Understanding of Health & Safety legislation and Building Regulations.
•Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Full, valid UK Driving Licence.
