What we do
We work throughout Scotland - primarily with local authorities, housing associations and private house builders. The nature of the contracts we undertake varies from ‘supply only’ to ‘supply and fit’. We work on a wide variety of projects - from renovation to new residential housing and flatted developments.
We back up our product supply and installation services with an effective maintenance service. This is supported by our dedicated teams of maintenance engineers who can respond quickly and efficiently to fix any problem that occurs.
The experience to help you
Over the years we have gained an understanding of the needs and expectations of a very wide range of clients and projects, including large-scale public and private sector contracts. You can therefore be confident that we will be able to meet your needs for window and door supply, installation and maintenance, no matter what they are.
Maintenance
Walker Profile’s maintenance team of experienced engineers provides a priority-coded, 24-hour response, repairs and maintenance service.
We provide a comprehensive back-up service and will attend to any technical problem, from a loose handle to a broken window sash.
Proven Expertise
Our maintenance capabilities are shown by our on-going maintenance contract with North Lanarkshire Council that covers some 30,000 houses.
The team for this project is managed by a dedicated Customer Care Co-ordinator based in our Motherwell office. The engineers operate from a fleet of fully stocked vans. Between them, they cover the whole Council region and are ready to respond to a wide variety of routine and 24/7 emergency call-outs.
