Walker Profiles recently welcomed Kerry for a work placement delivered in collaboration with McTaggart Construction, providing an opportunity to gain valuable experience within a working environment.
During her placement, Kerry spent time with our Maintenance team, shadowing one of our experienced operatives and gaining first-hand insight into the variety of work undertaken by the department.
The placement provided Kerry with the opportunity to experience the day-to-day working environment, develop practical knowledge and learn from experienced members of the Walker Profiles team.
Supporting work placements and skills development is an important part of our approach to delivering meaningful social value.
